Do I have to set up an account in order to check out?

No, you do not have to set up an account to place an order. Simply click “check out as guest” and proceed with the check-out process. However, by creating an account you will have access to your past shopping history, ability to create “wish lists,” and gain VIP access to sales.

Are all of the items authentic?

Yes, all of our items are 100% authenticity guaranteed or your money back. We take great care and use a multi-level system to ensure everything on our site is genuine.

I can’t remember my password. What do I do?

To reset your password, click “forgot password” on the login page and follow the instructions. We cannot resend you your old password for security purposes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, Discover, American Express, Mastercard. We do not accept PayPal. You are welcome to check out on the website, however, if you prefer to place on order via telephone, you can call customer service at (888) 767-4256, 9 AM- 5 PM PST Monday- Friday. All orders are placed in US Dollars.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally however added fees may apply. For further inquiries regarding international shipping prices please call (888) 767-4256, 9 AM- 5 PM PST Monday- Friday.

Do I need to sign for my package? What if I am not home to sign for it?

An adult signature is required for each and every package. If you are not home to sign for it, FedEx will make a second attempt or hold your package at your nearest FedEx location for a period of time before sending it back to Posh Closet.

What is your return policy? Do I receive a full refund for my items?

You can return any item 5 business days after receiving the package for a full refund. Please keep in mind sale items final are non-returnable.

What do I do if I provided the wrong information during checkout?

Please call customer service at (888) 767-4256, 9 AM- 5 PM PST Monday- Friday and a representative will be happy to assist you.

How do I track my order?

You will be sent an email confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

How often are items put up for sale?

Items are put up for sale seasonally. Sign up for our newsletter for first access to surprise and/or sample sales.

Can I consign with Posh Closet?

At the moment, we have a waitlist of up to 6 months for new consigners. We are only looking for specific partners at this time. Please contact support@poshcloset.com to inquire about being placed on our consigner list.

How do I buy a gift card?

To buy a gift card, please click the “purchase gift card” option in your cart. You will receive an email with the gift card information and code upon purchase. Alternatively, you call customer service at (888) 688-8830, 8 AM- 5 PM PST Monday- Friday and a representative would be happy to assist you in purchasing a gift card.
